Why Gymnastics?
Gymnastics teaches the basic skills that are at the core of not only gymnastics but every other sport. Skills like climbing, swinging, rolling, running, balancing and landing are fundamental movements regardless of whether you are playing soccer, dancing or chasing around the school yard. Gymnastics also develops the ABCs of athleticism: agility, balance, coordination and speed. Gymnastics - the start to a life of physical activity!

Preschool Classes
Looking for a way to introduce your child to the joy of physical activity – and run off that over-abundance of energy? Gymnastics is great fun for our babies, tots and pre-schoolers.
Gymnastics Classes
Our diverse calendar of structured programs allows for kids from newly-walking to 18 years old to soar, jump and swing into gymnastics with no limit to what they can achieve!
Adult Classes
Never taken a gymnastics class? Want to return after years out of the gym? Looking for a new way to build conditioning and strength? Don’t want age to slow down your lifestyle activities? The ultimate goal of our adult program is keeping everyone active and participating at their comfort level. Classes are designed with the individual participants in mind.
Development Programs
Athletes are introduced to the OGC team programs through our developmental classes. Gymnasts train in a positive and supportive environment while building skills, confidence and strength. Your child receives more time on each event (vault, floor, beam and bars) which allows them to have more hands-on time for skill development. Every class includes conditioning and strengthening time to help the athletes achieve a high degree of fitness.
Trampoline & Tumbling Classes
Join our Trampoline and Tumbling Programs, a specifically-designed levels system to help kids progress through tumbling and trampoline skills. Your child will work towards mastering their aerial awareness, developing acrobatic skills, building cardio fitness, strength, power, agility and coordination.
Gym & Tramp Classes
These are combo classes that are a great fit for those who are wanting to explore both artistic gymnastics and trampoline gymnastics with designated time for each, 45 minutes gymnastics & 45 minutes trampoline! Participants will continue to further develop their skills on all apparatuses and will follow the CANgym as well as a CANjump progression levels.
