All Boys Gymnastics
This all-boys class will focus specifically on male gymnastics apparatuses and further develop athletes' skills while concentrating on building their strength and flexibility.

Intro Gymnastics
Welcome to Intro Gymnastics - the first step in developing skills not only for gymnastics but all sports, working towards the Burgundy and Red CANGym Badges!
Your athlete will be introduced to key gymnastics equipment including bars, beams, vault, and floor while having fun learning the fundamental movement patterns of gymnastics. Balance, coordination, skill development along with making new friends makes this class a great time for all.

Beginner Gymnastics
This class is for athletes who have successfully passed Burgundy and Red Badges. Coaches continue to work with your child, building on the fundamental movements of gymnastics and introducing more complex skills on the equipment. Your child's confidence and self-esteem will increase as they master skills that once were a challenge!
The session will begin with a review of basic landings, positions, and movements. Coaches will begin to incorporate some strength and flexibility training, preparing your child to safely learn more advanced skills.

Novice Gymnastics
This class is designed for athletes who have successfully passed Tan and Bronze Badges. Coaches will further develop your child's gymnastics fundamentals, while introducing more sophisticated skills on each event. As your athlete masters these new challenges, their confidence and self-esteem will soar.
The session starts with a recap of the skills passed previously and incorporates the importance of strength training and flexibility, equipping your athlete with the necessary preparation to safely tackle more advanced skills.

Intermediate Gymnastics
This dynamic class is designed for athletes who have successfully passed Purple and Blue Badges. Coaches will further develop your child's gymnastics fundamentals, while introducing more intricate skills on various gym apparatuses. Coaches will persist in integrating strength and flexibility exercises, equipping your child with the necessary preparation to tackle increasingly advanced skills safely. Athletes will start putting together skills to form mini routines.

Teen Gymnastics
This program is for pre-teens who want to continue working on their skills at their own pace in a class with their peers. Gymnasts of all levels are encouraged to join!

Gymclusive Gymnastics
This class welcomes athletes with diverse abilities and disabilities to participate in gymnastics in a safe and inclusive environment accompanied by their caregiver, guardian, parent or support worker.
This class will introduce athletes to floor circuits, beams, bars and trampolines and include specialized activities and exercises while having fun learning the fundamental movement patterns of gymnastics. Participates will improve their balance, coordination, and skill development along with making new friends makes this class a great time for all.

Power Builders: Athletic Training
This class emphasizes agility, strength conditioning, balance, coordination, and skill enhancement. It caters to athletes keen on exploring gymnastics or seeking an advantage in various sports. Athletic Gymnastics serves as excellent cross-training for individuals engaged in hockey, soccer, football, and numerous other sports.
