Trampoline & Tumbling Classes
Join our Trampoline and Tumbling Programs, a specifically-designed levels system to help kids progress through tumbling and trampoline skills. Your child will work towards mastering their aerial awareness, developing acrobatic skills, building cardio fitness, strength, power, agility and coordination.
Winter 2025 session runs from January 6th, 2025 to March 16th, 2025
Registration for Spring 2025 opens on February 10th! Spring session: March 31st, 2025 - June 26th, 2025
Beginner Trampoline and Tumbling: ages 6-12
Welcome to the level of CanJump - a program designed to jump, bounce and roll into the FUNdamentals of Trampoline and Tumbling.
Basic skills and Trampoline Safety are taught on all three events (Double-Mini, Trampoline and Tumbling) while increasing fitness levels and having tons of fun! Your child will build on the basics while practicing drills and enhancing their conditioning, resulting in their ability to safely learn new skills and achieve their goals.

Intermediate Trampoline and Tumbling: ages 7-14
Continuing to follow the CanJump program, this level of Trampoline and Tumbling continues to develop fundamentals while increasing fitness levels so that advanced skills can be developed safely. Athletes in this level are working on Cartwheel, Round-Offs and Handsprings, as well as are able to display control on Trampoline.

Advanced Trampoline and Tumbling: ages 8-14
Continuing to follow the CanJump program, this level of Trampoline and Tumbling continues to develop fundamentals while increasing fitness levels so that advanced skills can be developed safely. Athletes in this level are working on displaying control on the Trampoline as well as safely being introduced to a variety of flips and drills, as well as a series of advanced Tumbling skills will be worked towards such as Round-Offs and Handsprings.

Tumbling
This class is designed specifically for those who are wanting to improve their tumbling skills and learn proper techniques to perform skills safely. This class covers rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers, and more! The perfect class to improve your basic tumbling skills and progress towards more advanced skills. No beams, bars or vaulting here, just tumbling!

Tumbling ages 12-17 years
Fridays | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Trampoline
This class is for those who are wanting to further develop their skills on Trampoline and Double Mini. Designed for youth ages 6-8y these classes follow the CANJump program, participants will work their way through the levels depending on their individual abilities. This class will focus on teaching trampoline safety, proper technique, and skill development as they begin to progress through the levels of our trampoline program.
