GYMNASTICS FOR ALL (at least 19 but younger than 99!)

Never taken a gymnastics class?  Want to return after years out of the gym?  Looking for a new way to build conditioning and strength? Don’t want age to slow down your lifestyle activities?  The ultimate goal of our adult program is to keep everyone active. Classes are designed with the individual participants in mind.  

 

Gymnastics for You! (Adult Gymnastics)  

Great fun for any adult who hasn't done gymnastics since they were 2 years old (or ever) but wants to experience the thrill of gymnastics as a fitness activity.  Taught by an experienced and certified coach, these classes will begin with a group warm up/stretch, then proceed with basic tumbling skills on the floor and tumble track. Participants will be challenged on an individual basis while they work on elements and conditioning on the gymnastics apparatus. Each class will end with a conditioning/strengthening circuit that will ensure participants leave feeling like high-level gymnasts!
